I've heard and read many different oppionions about suggestions. Some people say, you shouldn't use I, while others say you shouldn't use You, when talking too yourself. How do you make the best suggestions? Positive, in future or present?? Im really confused about this right now, because if you use "will", then it'll be like a posthypnotic suggestion, and isn't that what one whants?

Don't use will too often. I find I works for me. Really, the exact words don't matter, as the subconscious listens to emotions usually. The right conscious feel is needed, that is all.

Well. You might be right, but I've read something by Calvin D. Banyan, and he says that you shouldn't use negative suggestions. And not use will... because its more like telling a teenager to carry out garbage. They'll do when it suits them. Perhaps never.

Daniel,
As I said in my FAQ, I or you won't matter.
Negative words don't matter much, but the mind does work with abstract symbols.
Makew a picture in your mind of a dog *not* chasing a cat.
What's the picture?
A dog sitting near a cat?
A dog sleeping near a cat?
A cat in a tree beyond reach?
There are many possibilities.
So, avoiding that kind of ambiguity is good.
"will" does imply later, not now.
When is later?
