View Full Version : Recreational hypnosis script for pure pleasure

Hello
I've always been interested in recreational hypnosis and the idea that in a hypnotic state you can relive sensation that you have experienced in the past and, if the are described well enough, ones you have yet to experience. Why not try to experience pure pleasure? I have not written a script before, please read what is below and let me know if I make any mechanical mistakes.





Subject first listens to an audio induction, then deepening, followed by....


Imagine a gas mask is over your mouth.

It fits comfortably and right now it's pumping pure clean air into your lungs

There is a valve near your right hand, if you turn the valve you will begin adding XXx gas in with the air.

Don't turn it yet.

When you turn the valve it will release XXX gas and when you breath it in you will feel even greater relaxation followed by steadily increasing waves of pleasure.

The sensation will gradually build and become stronger and stronger but you will Never lose control.

Breathing this gas will give you the greatest feeling of pleasure you have ever felt.

Turn the valve now.

Begin to take slow, deeper breaths

The XXX gas is flowing, it's slightly sweet and cool.

Continue taking deep breaths.

The gas is now filling your lungs.

Now Breathe deeply and regularly

You feel swirling warmth in your chest

It relaxes you and relieves any aches or pains.

You now feel a slight tingling on your skin.

It is growing now and expanding out to your limbs

You feel it moving like a tingling wave.

Feel the warmth traveling down to your legs, the large muscles there instantly relax as the wave crashed over them

Your feet are tied from walking and standing on them all day, but now they are instantly relaxed.

All aches and pains in your legs, knees and feet are banished.

Stress and tension in your legs is replaced by pleasant warmth and tingling sensations that slowly travel up your legs.

Your muscles quiver with release as the tingling runs through them.

The sensation travels up to your chest and now extends out into your arms.

Calming warmth travels down your arms, first to to the shoulder and biceps.

You work arms hard at the gym and your feel your biceps finally relax.

It then travels down your forearms all the way to your fingers.

Your arms now feel like warm, heavy clay, completely relaxed and without feeling.

You are incredibly loose and relaxed now that your muscles are relieved from the extreme pressure.

Your entire body is completely relaxed, it feels like heavy warm clay.

Every muscle, even your eyelids release the concern and the care they had carried for so long.
You feel a slight tingling in your fingertips

Its a delightful, warm feeling that slowly moves up both arms towards your elbows, then up your biceps, toward your shoulder.

Imagine a white, renewing energy moving up your arms into your chest..

Pleasureable sensation are now coursing across the skin on your chest.

They extend slowly down your legs and to your feet.

The sensation runs up your neck and face and relaxes it completely.

You feel warm flushed feeling in your face

You feel warm all over just like floating in a hot tub set at the perfect temperature.

Your muscles are relaxed but every inch of your your skins feel alive.

The bubbles in the warm hot tub are massaging your skin.

Your skin never fell so receptive to pleasure before.

Your whole body is ultra sensitive to these sensations.

Warm waves of pleasure course inwards through your body.

Now, stronger waves of sensations now run up your spine spine to your head, then back down again

The feelings begin to intensify.

I am going to count down slowly from 5 to 1.

The feeling doubles every time i count down

5 Waves of pleasure run up and down your legs

4 Relaxing and warmth sensations run down your arms

3 Tingles travel up your spine, you may feel a pop as it adjusts itself.

2 Waves of euphoria run through your chest.

1 Your hands and feet are now now vibrating with pleasure


Continue to breathe deeply. Open yourself to to sweet bliss and surrender to the wonderful feelings to come.

You Know that you are completely in control, you can pull out of this if you want to.

You deserve this pleasure so let yourself enjoy it fully.

The feelings now become more intense.

Ask you continue to breath in the gas the feeling of pleasure doubles.

The vibration in your hands and feet work their way up to your knees and elbows.

Your skin feels like it's being massages by many delicate hands.

It now reaches your shoulders and hips.

Imagine the warm white light encompasing your arms and legs.

You know that when the pure light encompasses you completely you will experience total bliss.

The white light gathers at the base of your spine and you feel it growing stronger there.

It begins moving up slowly upward along your spine.

An amazing wave of warm vibrations moves slowly up your back.

You feel like strong gentle hand are massaging the muscles in your back when the vibration reached them.

You may experience spasoming muscles in your back as they vibrations.

The whitle light now fills your chest completely it feels fantastic.

Your entire body is vibrating now and it is building in intensity.

Building - The feeling of raw pleasure increases and

Building - You entire body is now encompassed by the light.

Building - a wave of goose bumps runs across your skin.


Building - continue to breathe regularly.

Building - The warm vibrations reach the core of your being.

Now you are overcome by a beautiful rush of euphoria.

Your entire body is now caught up in a warm orgasmic release.

Continue to breathe deeply and let yourself experience it fully.

The rush subsides but the warm light now moves up frurther, spilling your head and into your mind.
Warm waves of pleasure now wash into your head and if feels like your mind itself is being physically massaged.

Your head is now glowing like a light bulb.

Any mental stress or emotional tensions are released.

You are troubled by no thoughts, no ideas, no concerns, nothing.

Nothing matters now.

You are free.

You feel at peace with yourself and everything around you.


You are wrapped in a warm, comfortable blanket and completely content.








When you are ready, turn off the gas.

the only comment I would make is that a script assumes the person is going to 'go along' with it. And that is almost always a mistake.


By that, I mean they will have no adverse reaction to anything said. (adverse can mean anything from simply comming out of or lessening the trance state, to a full blown abreaction.)

In other words the script has no flexability whereas the person does.

It is up to the hypnotist to be attentive, observe, and follow the 'subject', leading AND following as the person goes thru the experience.

Your script could take one person exactly thru the experiences you wish them to have, and it could take another straight to charging you with attempted rape depending on their reaction to it.

You are dealing with another person here who will respond with varying degrees of compliance, and will make their own meaning out of your words.

Pay attention to them as you go, just as you pay attention to steering a boat. Never quite exactly on course, but always with the intended destination in mind, making steering corrections according to your observations of where you are and where you are headed at any given moment.

scripts just don't work. Everyone is an individual and trance for everyone is a subjective experience. I, personally, would not want to be heavy, while I may wish to be loose, limp and relaxed. How do you know this person is tired from walking all day? Did you spend the whole day with him/her?

An audio induction? If you cannot induce hypnosis, stay out!! Interesting concept as every person on this Earth goes into trance a little bit differently.

You may want to read Bandler's little book "An Insider's Guide to Submodalities". There is a chapter in there that gives clues as how to do what you are wanting to do.

What Skip was telling you is referred to as UPTIME. It's very, very important to learn.

Would you do me a favor? Forget the word "subject" PLEASE. It is strictly for books to study or 1950's hypnosis. If I am not mistaken, we are now in the year 2009. You are also using way toooo many negative words. "Crashed over them"? YIKES!!

Hypnosis is sooo very easy when we allow our subconscious to do the work for us.

Hi Thanks for the responses, I should have stated initially... This is for self hypnosis, Ill record the script and listen to it myself. I don't intend to use it for anyone else so I know the subject pretty well. I will review it again and look for negative language.
