Hi,
I'm new here. I'm writing a special purpose script for myself which I will then record and listen to while meditating. I don't want to duplicate work, so I'd like to use a pre existing audio induction and deepening tape or MP3.
Can anyone suggest a good audio induction + deepening mp3?

There are lots of them. The problem is that every person is different, so I don't know which one will work best for you. Try several and see which work for you.
Since you're going to be meditating, I don't know why you need a hypnotic induction and deepening recording. Hypnosis is not necessary for meditation.

Please read Merlin's FAQ on hypnosis. It just may be life altering for you.

Don, thanks. I do appreciate that not every CD works for everybody and for that reason I do intend to try a few but I'm having trouble finding any! For example if you type "hypnotic induction cd" into Google you will only get one real product - that one is Dr. Henderson's which I will try. Don, it sounds like you've tried a few so, as a favor, could you throw out a few names? If its an issue with posting them on the board then please PM me. Thanks.
