Hi,
I am a newly certified in NLP/TLT/hypnotherapy yet what really confuses me is Erikson Pattern 2. This has been the only script I have found where talking on the in/out breath is imperative.
I am at a loss as to why no other scripts are like this. I have been through all the scripts at www.hypnosis.com and none are similar. Why is this the case if it's so important to inducing trance? I have found no answers on the internet.
This induction is practically the same as Erikson Pattern 1 - which does not require you to talk on the in/out breath. The only difference is that Pattern 2 involves the convincer of face touching.
If in/out breath is important, why is this the only pattern I can find which uses it and if it's not relevant - why is it taught and used?
