I have read about a NLP/Mentalism /trick where the person's hand is stuck to the table.I think it was possibly a combination of pattern interuppt and confusuion/suggestion.
Can someone tell me more about this?
Thanks

a simple web search on 'hand stuck to table trick'will tell you much.
Contact Cement works great.
My experience is that there are some problems with getting the hand loose tho.

Neurotic,
Ive heard so much about this trick - always an example of Derren Brownish NLP. But when I googled your key words, i couldnt find anything.
Is there a single website that has instructions?

Yes I do know how to google too and contact cement is not much good for that. Sorry thought this was a serious forum Sometimes we have fun too. Usually when someone asked a foolish question.. You should know you are conversing with experts in the art of suggestion, and also that we don;t do training, which is what you are asking for. Now seriously, contact cement does indeed work, and for anyone, even those who know nothing about hypnosis. An even better suggestion is placing a heavy lead weight on the hand you wish to stay in place. Oh yes, how serious was your question? A matter of life and death no doubt....... If this IS the case, our apology, and I would suggest the use of a hammer and nail. A six inch spike works well.......
