Fall asleep while listening...

Hello

I've downloaded some free audio hypno files from the web (from several authors) and there is one hypnotist where i always fall asleep while listening to his files. Can somebody tell me if this has a special meaning, is it good/bad or meaningless?

I'm not english/american, so please excuse my crude english.
