Greetings all,

I practice self hypnosis regularly and obtain good results. An old friend of mine who has since passed on taught me (he was a therapist). I use it for anything and everything mostly relaxation.

May I ask, can hypnosis be used to help hayfever? Or allergies from cats?

If so, what suggestions could I give myself whilst under self hypnosis?

Summer is on its way and I would love an alternative to taking celestamine for hayfever. Thats probably more of a pacebo anyway because it doesnt always help.

Respectfully, Luke.

Hypnosis is excellent for heyfever and allergies.
But i'd recommend a hypnotherapist as opposed to self-work because there may be other issues involved which you cannot easily address yourself.
It's like self-appendix removal.
It can be done, but it is not advisable.
