Removing an anchor

How can I remove an anchor (from myself)?
Someone got me into a very suggestible state (I really felt it - he had control I didn't want him to have), and anchored that into a noise/visual action.
What can I do to get rid of it ?

Do the "fast Phobia-cure" to dissociate VA (noise/vis. movement) from K.
