HELP!!! I can't take it anymore

Hi, I'm desperate ... I tried the 8 words induction couple of times which have painfully failed, i just can't lead the subject to that state where he looks like asleep after i say sleep and continue with deepening suggestions, instead he is just a punk closing his eyes, once i have repeated the induction procedure 3 times each i have failed in, I don't know if it's a mistake to repeat in the same session, the only success that i consider, was when i realized that the subject didn't fall in trance after the induction i went on as if there's nothing wrong and suggested deepening and then i tested for eye catalepsy "which wasn't successful" and i also then went on as nothing was wrong, then i made him imagine stair steps to deepen, after that i used the body filled with liquid suggession for further deepening, then i used the amnesia test used in the elman induction, but he didn't respond, i was confused until a telephone rang, he woke up and told me he was asleep, and that the last thing he remembered was draining liquid out of his right leg, i know it's not an actual success but when i told him to raise his finger when he finally emptied his legs out of liquid, he twitched his finger when he presumbly was asleep. Please tell what to do, i did exactly the steps to induce instantly but it doesn't work

Go get some training! In the meantime, you really should stop playing at hypnotist. Do you know what to do if your "subject" has an abreaction?

8 words, an induction by Cal Banyan, actually developed by simplifying an induction proposed by Gerry Kein (but probably another hypnotist proposed something like that before).

Cal has put some videos up and kids are looking at them believing if they do what Cal does they will have the same result -- NOPE! Pay your dues and go study with Cal all the way through 7-PATH and then stay in practice for a few years and you may figure out what Cal is up to.

btw - we have clients instead of 'subjects'.

How about I go and buy you a nice tool set and you can play "brain surgeon". It's about what you are doing now anyway.

7-PATH is the "system" of self-hypnosis developed by Cal by brilliantly adapting what he does during the 5-PATH. Poodle is right, it is quite difficult to induce hypnosis by using an induction by only watching a video (and it is better this way), if you do not understand the process.

I found the video you were writing about. It is an adaption of one of Jerry Kein's. There is a whole bunch that went on before those 8 words and there is a lot you need to know about what Cal is doing with those 8 words. It's a teaser to get people to sign up for his classes.

There is a progression in hypnosis from point A to point Z. You want to skip the progression and only do A and Z. No workie!!
