:) Well, I think your poll will come out skewed...asking a bunch of hypnotists if they use self-hypnosis. Me: YES!! Every day. I put myself into the proper state nowadays for anything I want to do, whether it's see clients, market my business, give a talk...

Perhaps it's just me, but when someone asked me a personal question, and fails to offer a valid reason for it, I find it annoying and rude. I pass.
