1. I tried out an erotic hypnosis website. in their free thing, one of the suggestions was that i'll love this one person and no one else. will that take affect in my life? is there a way to get rid of the entire suggestion? other attempts at hypnosis w/ the computer haven't worked, see #2
2. I've been using Virtual Hypnotist to try to hypnotise myself. So far I've tried the stage hypnosis script with induction+deepener and none of it has worked. Any advice on how to get myself into a trance so it will work? I've also tried some of it with posthypnotic suggestions of amnesia, but I still remember it.

Virtual Hypnotist is a good program, but not only can nothing replace a real hypnotist, (even an amateur could probably do better) especially if the computerized voice annoys you.

What about my question with the erotic stuff? Is that stuck in my subconcious now?

A program on its own has no chance to build rapport with you so you have to actively allow yourself to believe it will work. You have to bypass your own critical faculty. This takes practice but it's worth it. As you're in trance already, why not just let go for it?

Unregister,
Hi again. Can I explore a little something here that I hope you'll find interesting? I think it'll help explain what I mean by trance and you can see if it's anything like your experience of it.
This, here in your head as you read this, is not reality. I think I can prove it to you.
I think what you see as reality is an interpretation of the data generated by a supposed 2 million nerve impulses per second coming in from all your senses being processed and sort of projected onto your mind's eye.
Where these impulses came from or what they're in response to you never experience directly, and here's why.
You're stuck receiving all this data that you have to interpret, sat in the wooden box on top of your neck, somewhere between its eyes and ears. To look inside the box, you're grey, bloody, veiny, wrinkled and surprisingly warm, and you visibly pulse with the amount of blood flowing through you. Not that you'll ever experience yourself like you can the outside world, because no senses serve you directly. You're numb all over in your box. You can see how you're not the person you only ever see in reverse in a mirror. For you, "reality" can flow and reshape, undetectable as having being changed, and yet uniquely observable if you'd like to believe you can do that too.
Now, those ideas generated images in your mind and possibly a few eerie feelings too. I can't possibly know what they all were exactly, but I do know you were in trance making them.

You probably were not hypnotised at all.

if I am hypnotised and it brings up the deepener of the stairs - should I be able to actually see the stairs like I would in real life?

Likely no.
But each person is different

Many people can't really "feel" trance, so don't over-analyse it.
Just let go as completely as possible and accept what's happening.
