I am looking specifically for Zebu Hypnotic Language Patterns Cards, a 52 card deck by Robert Anue. They are very hard to come by. Does anyone here own a pack that they want to sell or would care to share with me online via e-mail?
Please let me know anyone because I really want a pack of these cards, but alas I am not super rich enough to pay the amount some are asking for them.
Awaiting a help full word...:)

Hi mymelody,
We used to carry them and unfortunately the manufacturer stopped making them. You can contact our office to see if there are any we still have available; however, my guess is that we do not have them anymore. And I am not willing to part with my set (sorry).
Email Candace at candace@hypnosis.com to see if we have any.

browse over to http://www.saladltd.co.uk/. the website for Jamie Smart NLP trainer. he's made his version of the Zebue cards, and they're basically the same thing.

Bill O'Connell made a set of indirect hypnosis cards.

Not expensive, but you have to already understand the concepts to use them really well.

...and I always thought price and worth are 2 different things :D
Nah more like $20 US.
Thats the website on the cards, but it doesnt mention them.
I Googled 'Bill O'Connell hypnosis' and got several websites that I am sure are related to the author of my cards, but no mention of cardsa for sale.
Try inquiring at;
2003 Hypnosis secrets, Inc.
PO Box 3544
St. charles, Il 60174
But it is no big secret, it is just notecards to use for handy reference.
You could get Erickson's "Hypnotic Realities", or "Patterns 1&2" by Bandler and Grinder and make your own.

I've never seen the original Zebu cards. I finally gave up trying to locate them. But I recently purchased the Ericksonian Hypnosis deck from http://www.saladltd.co.uk/ and I highly recommend it. I'm planning on buying the Persuasion Deck as well.
I have been casually exploring self-hypnosis as a hobby for years, but have yet to even read a book on Ericksonian/conversational hypnosis techniques or NLP, and my wife has no experience with hypnosis whatsoever.
Considering our complete lack of experience and training, we found these cards to be surprisingly effective (although we found a few of the phrases seem somewhat out-dated/difficult to work smoothly into a conversation).
After a couple quick games of modified "Go Fish" we were already putting each other into light trances just by reading random sample phrases straight from the cards. And the longer we play, the quicker and easier we drop each other into trance. There's virtually no learning curve involved. Essentially anyone who can read, can pick up these cards and figure out how to use them with a little light-hearted practice.
These are not only a fun way to learn hypnotic language patterns, they're just plain fun! Whenever one of us gets tongue-tied trying to make up a sponteous suggestion, we both end up in fits of laughter. So even though they're technically educational, it feels more like a form of entertainment.
I think this is an especially great game for couples. It's easy to do, requires face-to-face interaction (beats sitting together like zombies, both facing the TV every night), and the whole point of the game to is help your partner achieve positive changes using beneficial suggestions.
These cards have helped us add a new dynamic to our relationship that goes beyond simply talking about the frustrations of our day followed by consoling each other and then collapsing on the coach. Now once we're both finished venting our frustrations, we break out the cards and set about helping each other to actually do something about changing our situations for the better or at least improving our state of mind while we work through them.
Maybe this is obvious to other folks around here, but for us it was a profound realization that a silly deck of cards can be an avenue through which we can help each other feel better, achieve our goals, and improve our self-esteem on a daily basis.
Where before we might have only been able to feel sympathy for each other or offer advice, now we can actively do something to help each other aleviate the causes, rather than just temporarily address the symptoms.
In the long run, I think these cards were a better introduction to Erickson's method than any book I could have read. They're like an instant crash course that gives you an immediate feel for the technique rather than a long, drawn out explaination. Now that I've felt it first hand, I'm finally ready to invest some time and money reading books on the subject.
