Hello guys. I am an NLP practitioner. I will help one of my friend. He can not sleep at nights. For example there's a movie in the TV and he watches it. He can watch 3-4 movies. He asked me for help. If he sleeps he can not wake-up early. He wants to be able to sleep at 12am without watching tv and he want to be able to wake-up at 8-9 am in the morning. He's also very lazy and because of this he doesn't go to job (His own job). I think there is no good NLP tool for this. Should I use Hypnos? Can I do this using Swish or Submodalities? Please kindly advise.
