I have been receiving hypnotherapy sessions every week for about a year now. I must say that even though I am a self-help "junkie" and I love growth there is nothing like getting into the subconscious mind to change negative habits and patterns.

My life has dramatically changed. I use it more spiritually but I am recommend it for everyone.

I even wrote a blog I completely dedicated just to Hypnosis Healing at url removed

So many people are scared of the subject and have no idea how much it can help them, I am happy to help spread the word!

Attn poster we dont allow pass thru links to other sites. If you would like to discuss what hypnosis has done for you here that is fine, but please dont try to shill us for traffic.

Anyone requiring therapy for a year is either an addict, or has a fool for a therapist.... Now I have no problem with addicts, I just don;t trust what they say since it is slanted. As for an inefficient therapist, I find them an abomination...
Sounds strange for me to be so negative about a post praising hypnosis, but fact is, when I suspect that it is a con, I have no hesitation in saying so, and since I speak from long time experience, I do know a con when I hear it.. Now go pull the other one...:D

Oh yes, this post is written to alert those who are not therapists and might be conned into believing that therapy should take that much time. In my experience, four sessions is normal..... This of course would not apply for something as serious as Cancer, I have no expectations for this, but I suspect I might well reach a maximum of ten sessions constantly for such, so ten weeks tops for the serious stuff.....:)

Hi, Lovegrowth.

I have a couple of questions I hope you can answer.

1) For what have you been receiving hypnotherapy for a year? You're anonymous so it doesn't matter if you share the truth.

2) Exactly how has your life changed dramatically?

3) Exactly how have you used hypnotherapy spiritually?

4) As a client of hypnotherapy, how do you know how much hypnotherapy can help others?

BTW, I have found that truth can generally be expressed in short paragraphs rather than extended blogs. The truth is short and sweet. Everything else is just commentary.

Sagacious Don,

Hillel couldn't have said it any better. :)

Others,

My reference to Don as "Segacious" wasn't sarcastic. I've spoken of
him as brilliant. He is that and wise too. :)
