I was going to post this on the seeking for help forum, but since it seems dead, and full of spam, i decides to post on this section.
Currently i have what i think its supposed to be social anxiety. My main problem is talking to girls, and most of the time being quiet.
At most partys, i am always just standing in there, not talking. I am also afraid of participating on class. Even whit family, i am afraid of talking on reunions.
Is there anyway hypnotherapy can help me whit this? cause its begining to get very stressfull. Because i should not be this way... i think this is limitating myself to a better living. Please help me thanks.

Hypnosis or NLP will help. NLP is generally much faster.
We cannot provide therapy solutions here for lack of time and space but you can go on line or look in phone books for someone near you.
You will be totally amazed at the social grace you will have.

Alayne, you are correct, such circumstances will indeed spoil your future in all sorts of ways, both business and social. This being so it is worth the effort and cost to get proper help as soon as possible. Proper help will be costly, but failing to get such help will be even costlier, so you choose. Asking online however is useless and time wasting in my opinion, so seek help locally....
I am guessing you are very young, and your parents may feel that you will "grow out of it", and though this may be true eventually, the suffering and lack of progress in all areas of your life is not worth the wait any more than waiting to see if a toothache will eventually go away when you know the tooth is rotten but fear the dentist.

Who labeled you with 'social anxiety'?
'introvert' might fit better :)
anyway, time line therapy prolly would do it.
Just change timeline direction 90 degrees :)

yeah i am young, and i don't want to do more mistakes apart from the ones i already committed. Excuse me Merlin, it seems you are very respected here :p, whats this Time Line therapy you talk about?

Hi, Alayne.
Well, I'm not so young any more, but I still make mistakes...lots of them. The thing is, we learn from our mistakes. People who don't make mistakes never advance, never take chances, never evolve, live in fear.
I make mistakes, but I learn from them so I won't make those mistakes any more. That gives me a chance to make all new mistakes and learn from them.
Of course, I try not to make mistakes, but I acknowledge that I will make them. But I learn.
So I would respectfully suggest that the way to not make the same mistakes is to think about them and learn from them.
This is not a question you have to answer to me, but I would suggest that you think about it to yourself: what have you learned from your past mistakes?
When you understand what you should learn from those mistakes you won't make them again. Maybe you'll make new ones yourself and have the opportunity to learn more about yourself, other people, and the world.

It goes by more than just that name. It's a lovely combination of NLP and hypnosis. If you do a search for it, you can find the book by Tad James on line at probably Amazon or equal.
