i need help with NLP

and i want to do it for myself

i need to develop concentration, memory and relationships.


so how can you people direct and guide me

Find a teacher either in your area or who travels to your area, or go to a training. One week or so and you'll have it!

I would direct you to take a good NLP training.
Then you'll have the tools to help yourself as desired.

I would suggest counseling or parenting classes until the current crises are over. After that a NLP training IN-PERSON would be very beneficial for YOU, YOUR FAMILY and RELATIONSHIPS in general.

I am in India and there is no institute in my knowledge to teach hypnosis.
is there a way i can learn form some material. 1 week? thats excellent time period.

can you people guide me what should i do to master it?

i have been meditating and i know i can do relaxation exercice (pre recorded in my voice)

can prerecording of affirmation and listening them for an hour before sleeping make changes?

if yes then what kind of affirmation should I prerecord.

please help so that i can learn online

Do you know every single person in all of India? How exactly do you know that people in India do not go to a hypnotist? Don and I did a training with one man from India that was starting to teach hypnotherapy in India and I found two others that are doing very well despite your thoughts.

How strange that someone who lives in India is so ignorant of what is available, and believes that nobody uses hypnosis in that country. It was in India that the first eye operations took place using hypnosis in place of chemical anasthetics...
If I tell you that you can;t learn without training, and you tell us nobody is available to train you, it would seem we are at impass, so were do you go from here?

remember how much it was used during Dr. Esdaile's time in India...however, he had a "captured" clientele. That to me is one of the greatest highlights in hypnosis.
