View Full Version : Alcohol with hypnosis
hi there
during the past few months i've been listening to hypnosis sessions and other self help tools such as subliminals whilst not being completly alcohol free.
Have i done any damage to myself? If so what can be done about it?
what happens if you re-program your subconcious whilst being under the influence?
All suggestions welcome

I think that compared to some song lyrics the "hypnosis" is most likely relatively harmless.

No more damage than listening to them while sober. My query would be, why are you listening to them inebriated or impaired? Seek proper help would be my suggestion should you care to follow it.....

there is a link in the first post and I'm not clicking on it to find out. If it is indeed a link, the whole question becomes mute.

If you like alcohol, it's okay. Go to your professionally trained local hypnotherapist and ask to receive the alcohol at will hypnotically so that it does not damage your body. Your mind has already learned it so it's totally unnecessary to drink it or perhaps you have another drug of choice?
Otherwise, you may listen to all the garbage you wish sober or not alcohol free as it will make little difference in the outcome you desire.

Did you know that the Irish Rovers have a pub here in Calgary which is their home base when not on the road?
As for the remark that it is OK to like boose, I agree, the problem is liking it too much and imbibing too often. Our poster would seem to be an alcoholic, and if this be so it is no laughtng matter, but a life ruining condition which will not be treated by MP3s or even MP4s but by serious professional help if AA has failed him....
I am ready to kick a..s when needed, but when it comes to someone who seems to have a serious problem I too can be serious, and I hate to ignore someone who may well be on the road to a life of shame and pain....As for the URL, it probably was pointing to the place he got his useless mp3s from.

Terry, the poster, like most, would do well to take heed of your time and effort.
As for the original concern, I'd probably have to agree with Terry and say that it's not the mp3 you have to worry about. And anyway, as an old friend on here once said to me 'not much assest in the drink, it finds little comfort, and does seldom else but dulls the senses'.
I don't think 'the subconcious' is up for much 'damage'. You can treat it one way or another however - some ways have a tremendous value, some yet still to find a way to harmonise the whole system for the time being.
You're right - yet who would know what i'm talking about?

You found out how to harmonize "the whole system". I'm presuming here it's still in full force and effect. xo Ma;)
