I'm planning on doing the TFT-method on myself, and I have the instructions already, but I have some questions regarding it anywayz..
When am I to think about the problem? And how? I tried it once, but I found it quite hard, if not impossible, to think about the problem constantly at the same time as I had to follow the instructions and tab on the right spots, etc.. Also, the number-rate were so hard because when I tried this I was not in the situation to where certain emotions would appear, I was all by myself and even the problem itself was hard to picture as a problem right then. Overall I would know that it's a 10, (on the scale from 1-10), but how is that gonna help me if I don't know, right then?
Also, what should you be thinking about? The PROBLEM, or the EMOTION? I'm all confused with this. Anyone?
